Refund Policy

1.1 Refunds and Cancellation

All payments for FunnelsDone or for services provided via FunnelsDone are in INR and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

If you decide to cancel your FunnelsDone membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.funnelsdone.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; FunnelsDone Funnels designs, FunnelsDone Support Calls. You will be removed from the FunnelsDone Community.

Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your FunnelsDone subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address

1.2 Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment

A FunnelsDone user is responsible for paying all sums due to FunnelsDone in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the FunnelsDoneuser to use any of the services available through the service provided by FunnelsDone does not relieve the FunnelsDone user of their payment obligations under these Terms.

Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

1.3 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.

1.4 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will delete the account and any subsequent funnels associated with the account after 7 days of delinquency.

1.5 Access to FunnelsDone Ecosystem: including all Digital Assets, Funnel Builds, Automations, and Training Materials

With your membership to app.FunnelsDone.com , you’ll receive access to our exclusive FunnelsDone-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; FunnelsDone funnel designs, FunnelsDone Emails, FunnelsDone Automations, and the FunnelsDone Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on FunnelsDone Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within SalesProcess, exclusively for current SalesProcess members only.

This means that everything inside the SalesProcess Ecosystem app.funnelsdone.com is non-transferable to any other FunnelsDone ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of FunnelsDone training materials outside of FunnelsDone membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the
FunnelsDone Support calls are for current FunnelsDone only.

If you decide to cancel your FunnelsDone membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.funnelsdone.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; FunnelsDone Funnels designs, FunnelsDone Support Calls. You will be removed from the FunnelsDone Community.
